We ask customers to provide necessary information (hereafter called personal information), such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses to contact them or to do business with them.

We handle the personal information in line with this privacy policy in conformity with the purport of the Personal Information Protection Law.

This privacy policy is a promise between customers and NA in terms of use of the personal information that customers provided.

Purposes for use of personal information

We will use the personal information for the following purposes.

In addition, if a customer requests, we will stop transmission of service information.

1. To give an answer for questions and inquiries
2. To send answers and documents base on requests
3. To send answers and documents for job application
4. To provide information on NA products/services NA thinks useful for customers

Management of personal information

We manage the personal information by the following system.

1. NA constructs a necessary system in line with the Personal Information Protection Law and its guide line, and acquires written pledges from NA employees for properly handling the personal information.
2. NA limits the use of the personal information to only employees who need the information for their jobs, makes rules to save/manage media containing the personal information, and takes precautionary measures for protecting the personal information.
3. In order to manage the personal information stored in system, NA sets accounts and passwords for only employees who need the information for their jobs, carrying out access authorization management. In addition, NA strictly manages/protects the accounts and passwords from leakage or loss.
4. For security at the time of transferring the personal information via the Internet, NA uses SSL, the industry standard coding, for necessary Web pages.
5. If no troubles to services can be assumed, the personal information will be deleted at any time after certain period of time has passed from the receipt of the personal information.

Disclosure of personal information

1. Except the following cases NA will not disclose customers' personal information to any third party as far as NA does not receive customer's agreement of disclosure.
   • Requests from authority such as court of law or the police based on laws and regulations.
   • Special rules of laws and regulations are applied
   • The life, health, or properties of the customer or the third party may be endangered, and in case where obtaining customer content is difficult.
   • To protect NA's rights, properties or services from actions violating laws and NA's terms of use and notices, and in case where obtaining customer content is difficult.
2. In the case where a customer requests disclosure of his/her personal information, and the customer concerned can be identified.
   
   Note: Identification method
   Please send a copy of verification documents (driver's license, or health insurance card) to NA.
   NA will confirm the contents, and will disclose the personal information as soon as the customer concerned is identified.

Authenticity of personal information and incorrect handling

NA shall take proper or legal measures against acts which will hinder correct handling of the personal information or cause damages to other customers.

1. In the case where the information provided is false, and the purpose is vicious.
2. In the case where beyond NA's management efforts the information is lost, leaked or altered by acts of injustice.
